1. Be thankful for food. In America the tradition is to celebrate the harvest and to eat a lot of food in fellowship thanking God for all the food. Today, it has turned into a celebration of grocer stores and even bigger gut-feeling meals, with little from the “harvest. But we should still be grateful. Not every country has is so blessed.

2. Be thankful for family. Young parents under a lot of stress but realize importance of raising family.

3. Be thankful for Mental health access and care. In some countries, mental health care is not as accessible.

4. Be thankful for the financial resources you do have. Here are five economic trends in America to be thankful for right no.
